Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
You may return any unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and must include all tags and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns on items that are worn, damaged, or altered.
Gift cards and clearance items are also non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:
Request a Return Authorization:

Include your order number and the reason for return.
Prepare Your Return:
Pack the shoes securely in their original box and include all original materials.
Attach the return authorization label (if provided) to the outside of the package.

Shipping the Return:
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
You will receive a notification via email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
